This paper explores how AI-powered CRM platforms are revolutionizing manufacturing sales and operational workflows by leveraging predictive insights. Through the integration of machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), and real-time analytics, manufacturers can proactively manage customer needs, optimize production planning, and enhance sales conversion rates.
