The Social Construction of Complex Organizational Design Processes
Abstract
The widening gap that exists between operational and project teams is one of the primary causes of functional mismatches in substantial industrial projects. This has primarily organizational consequences, with project management remaining the primary focus rather than the utilization of these units. The authors' involvement in the creation of a new Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU) is the focus of this article's discussion and analysis of the design process itself. Ergonomics in this study distinguished the need to advance social mediation, taking into account the plan specialists and administrators as entertainers of an extraordinary social development.
