Sorting of Components by Using Fluidics

Abstract

In the automation system we need to handle components precisely with the help of various mechanisms. Sorting of components are performed by manually and also automatically. Sorting of components helps in automation process and material handling system. It is used in a various field. Sorting with the pneumatic is very cheap and convenient as air is easily available with less leakage costs.

Sorting of components is based on the various  properties of components such as a size, colour, weight etc. Sorting based on weight is done in industries to ensure the quality of the object is consistent and up to the mark. The component of different weight are passed on a load cell. It’s output given to an actuators with help of ardiuino kit and direction control valve. Then components are sorted with specific weight. Sorting helps in automation and also reduces the labour cost and decreases the production time. It improve the production rate of industries with minimum effort.

The advent of new high speed technology and the growing computer capacity provided realistic opportunity for new robot controls and realization of new method of control theory. This project describes new economical solution of robot control system. Automation has created a bigger hype in electronics.
