Abstract


Operations management design plays a crucial role in the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. However, it faces numerous challenges that can hinder optimal performance. This paper investigates the primary problems in operations management design, including supply chain disruptions, inventory management issues, process inefficiencies, technological integration challenges, and workforce management. By analyzing these problems, the paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the underlying causes and potential solutions. The research highlights best practices and strategic approaches to overcoming these challenges, thereby enhancing operational performance and competitiveness.
