The Festagram – Smart Fest Management System
Abstract
College fests are a vital part of educational institutions, promoting creative, cultural, and technical skills among students. Yet, the management of multi-event fests continues to depend heavily on manual processes, including offline registrations, handwritten data entries, and physical announcements, which often result in miscommunication, data loss, and inefficiencies. To address these challenges, this project introduces Festagram – A Smart Fest Management System, a fully digital web-based platform designed to automate and optimize fest operations.
Festagram integrates key modules such as event listing, online registration, participant data management, scheduling, announcements, and an admin dashboard. Developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, the system ensures responsiveness, real-time updates, intuitive navigation, and secure data storage. With its centralized structure and user-friendly interface, Festagram minimizes manual workload, reduces operational errors, and ensures faster, more accurate coordination during college fest events.
