Organizing a Hierarchical Activity to Support Coordinated Activity Drives in the Oil and Gas Industry

Abstract

A planned organizational simulation of an integrated logistics operation initiative will support this organizational project, which involves the creation of a central collaborative environment and its satellite teams. It is possible to define the primary driver of such a simulation using the ergonomic work analysis, which highlights issues related to the mental representation of the logistic process built by these distributed teams as a means of increasing distributed situational awareness throughout the system.
