Entrepreneurship Program on Honeybee Culture for Identification and Characterization of Bioactive Components of Honey

Abstract

The sample of honeybee was collected nearby tulsi, bael, neem, amla and sunflower cultivated region. In this experiment, honey is characterized by its nutritional quality and bioactive components. Bees collect and transform it to honeycombs. In this experiment, honey is characterized by its nutritional quality having tremendous bioactive components. The sample of honeybee was collected nearby tulsi, bael, neem, amla and sunflower cultivated region.  Bees collect and transform this material with their own specific substances before storing it and leaving it mature in separate honeycombs. Hence Cluster analysis was also done to evaluate the quantity of bioactive components in selected hot spot regions. Hence, the objective of this work was to identify and characterize the bioactive components of honey.
